RDI Grant Sponsored and Reimbursed Events
The RDI Grant allows MCISD to reimburse school districts and individuals for some expenses incurred in participating in RDI approved events. Please download and read the Guidelines document below before assuming expenses will be reimbursed. Since this is a federal ARRA grant, there are several forms required for completion to fulfill grant monies tracking requirements. These forms are available below. ALL expenses for reimbursement MUST be approved in advance, and reimbursement will not be issued until all required documentation is complete and on file with the MCISD. Thank you for your patience and understanding with these requirements.
Download these documents, complete on your computer, print and mail/fax as directed. Each person for whom reimbursement will be requested MUST have prior approval AND have all three forms on file for reimbursement to be made.
Step 1: Complete and submit the RDI Authorization Request for Expense Reimbursement
Step 2: Complete the RDI MCISD Local Evaluation of Event Participation
Step 3: Complete the RDI Grant Reimbursement from MCISD Request (link to said document); submit with your evaluation from Step 2.
A required state-wide RDI evaluation is also being developed at this time. As it becomes available, links will be placed on this page as well.
