Teacher Evaluation Framework

 

The Teacher Evaluation Framework is an an evaluation instrument that was developed by a joint committee of administrators and Monroe County Educational Association members. The teacher evaluation instrument was piloted during the 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2006-07 school years by new teaching staff and volunteer veteran staff. In 2007 the MCIEA voted to make the evaluation tool part of the collective bargaining agreement.
