Monroe County Educational Television (ME TV)

METV Logo

The Monroe County ISD supports an educational television channel carried on three cable providers and reaching over 55,000 homes.  In addition to third-party programming such as the NASA channel, we broadcast original educational content produced in Monroe County, including coverage of local events, documentaries, school district news, and student-created content. Most of this original content is available online as well as on cable.

Our local content is produced around the county, at local district schools, and in a high-definition multimedia recording studio located at the ISD.  We frequently collaborate on projects with teachers, school administrators, and educational or non-profit organizations within Monroe County.
