All evaluation forms are posted by the MCISD Human Resources Office. All forms below can be downloaded and completed electronically.

Administrator Evaluation (School ADvanced)

School ADvance is aligned with Michigan Statutory requirements for Administrator (including Superintendent) Evaluation.

School ADvance will provide two documents to all districts that adopt and complete the training for School ADvance Administrator Evaluation training. The first document is an "assurances" document to verify how School ADvance meets the Michigan statutory requirements for administrator evaluation systems. The second document provides a guide for implementing School ADvance with fidelity. Both documents are currently under review and will be available in July, 2016. At that time, School ADvance will distribute both documents to School ADvance license holding districts that have completed the School ADvance basic training.

In the meantime, districts that have adopted (or are in the process of adopting School ADvance as their Administrator Evaluation system for 2016 - 17 may use this message for communications regarding their status in meeting Michigan's statutory requirements.

Superintendent Evaluation

The MCISD is evaluated by the MCISD Board of Education once a year. This evaluation is completed using the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB) evaluation tool. More information can be located at the MASB website.
