MCISD Spring Break - March 30 - April 3, 2026

Consent to Release Student Education Records for the purpose of Family Subsidy form has put into an electronic format. Complete the release form.

At the April 22, 2025, Board meeting, the Board of Education approved the following:

• Friday, December 19, 2025, is the final student day of school before Winter Break.

• Students will return on Monday, January 5, 2026.

• The Administration, Professional Development Center and Special Education buildings will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, through Friday, January 2, 2026.

• The Administration, Professional Development Center and Special Education building employees will return to work on Monday, January 5, 2026.

• Holidays will be observed December 24th, 25th, 26th, 2025, December 31st, 2025, and January 1st, 2026.

Please be advised that the main entrance to the MCISD south parking lot will be closed beginning Monday, October 13 through Sunday, October 19.

This closure is necessary to complete concrete work, which is anticipated to take approximately seven days. During this time, please plan to use alternate entrances and allow extra time for parking and building access.

MCISD Staff Opening Day is scheduled for Monday, August 25th. Please watch your email for more information.
