Monroe County ISD is pleased to provide resources and training for FAME (Formative Assessment for Michigan Educators) to our Monroe County schools.  The MCISD  provides FAME coaching and resources, including professional development, to all Monroe County educators.  

What is FAME?  Formative Assessment for Michigan Educators is a joint effort of the Michigan Department of Education and the Michigan Assessment Consortium to reach all Michigan teachers and administrators with training in formative assessment – our most powerful assessment tool as shown by research.  Visit the MDE FAME webpage and the MAC FAME webpage for a wealth of information on FAME and formative assessment.
